Visual Boy Advance is a popular video game emulator for the Nintendo Gameboy Advance. In addition, VBA plays the original Nintendo Gameboy games and Nintendo Gameboy Color games. Innovative games are not mere base of entertainment, relatively these will need some skills to play and win. The computer generated opponents fight against the gamers and defeating them is a big deal. The gaming companies produce games cheat parts to the players so that they may thrash the terrifying enemies. These cheats are generally the codes that are used for supplying a slip to the computer so that the player could win the game. These allow the gamers in accelerating to the next step by just pressing a few keys. Cheat codes are available with all types of games. Nonetheless, it is advised not to use them very often usually one can loose the pleasure just after playing for sometime. These can be used when a software factors issues in computer or freezes it. In some situations, the developers themselves provide the codes so that the players could be launched to the next levels of the game. Not every person will recognize that games cheat methods are the right things to be used while playing games. They think of cheating as a nasty trait and hence cheat codes should not be used. However, these become very helpful when the gamer is not having any clue how to go ahead while playing game. For example, one wants to jump up to other levels without finishing previous ones. The cheats become useful in this condition as the players do not get annoyed. VBA has many features, such as a built-in GameShark, which is a cheat cartridge or CD that you use to enter your own cheat codes on a game that has GameShark codes. If you have a VBA, and you would like to make GameShark codes work in a VBA ROM, you can enter your codes manually on the game emulator yourself.

Instructions

    1

Run VBA and then click "File," and "Open Gameboy" to run a VBA ROM.

    2

Click the "Cheats" menu and then click the "Cheat List" option. Click the "GameShark" option to access the VBA GameShark.

    3

Navigate to a GameShark cheats website provided in the "Resources" section.

    4

Return to Visual Boy Advance. Paste the codes into the white box and then click "OK." VBA lets you know if your GameShark codes work by giving you its status. The letter "E" stands for "enabled," which means the GameShark code or codes work.

    5

Click "OK" to make GameShark codes work in a VBA ROM.
