"Delta Force: Black Hawk Down" is a video game that was developed by the Climax Group and NovaLogic and released in July 2005 for use on the PC, PlayStation 2 and Xbox. The storyline of the game centers on a conflict in Somalia, and you play as a United States Delta Force soldier who has been ordered to capture Somali warlords. During the game you can be awarded medals if you complete specific tasks.
The Purple Heart and the Combat Medical Badge
To be awarded the Purple Heart you must get saved five times or more by a medic while playing the game. While you are playing as a medic within the game, you must save the lives of three teammates to receive the Combat Medical Badge.
