Magic the Gathering, also known as Magic The Gathering: BattleMage, is a video game that was developed by Realtime Associates and Acclaim, and released in August 1997. It is a fantasy card battle video game that is available for the Sony PlayStation and PC. There are a variety of cheats available for the PlayStation version of the video game.

Play as the Battlemage Ravidel Cheat
This cheat allows you to play as the Battlemage Ravidel. To activate the cheat, start a one-player game and play until you get into a fight with Ravidel. Once in the fight, press "Start" and "Select" at the same time to restart the game. Next, start a two-player fight and you will see that Ravidel is the second player. To take control of Ravidel, change him from "CPU" to "Player 2," them click on "Com" and begin the fight. Now you will be playing as Ravidel.
Easy Campaign Win Cheat
This cheat makes completing a campaign easier. First, you must start a campaign and get into a duel with the "CPU," and then press "Start" and "Select" simultaneously to bring up the quit screen. Press "Triangle" to quit the game and return to the main menu, and then the screen should crash. Next, you have to load the all-lands deck for the PlayStation and start a fight in versus mode. When you win the fight, the game will return to the campaign screen and the land you were originally fighting for will have been won.
One Hit Death Cheat
This cheat allows you to defeat an opponent with one hit. To enable this cheat, there is a procedure you must follow. When you are in a fight, you must cast the sorcery card Drain Life and reduce the amount of mana you pay for the X cost to zero. This spell will then kill the character you are fighting against in one hit. When in campaign mode, arrange your deck so that it contains five Swamps, a Dark Ritual and a Drain Life to win the battle on your first turn.
