Larvitar is a Rock and Ground-type Pokmon that evolves into Pupitar and then the mighty Tyranitar. Because Tyranitar is one of the strongest Pokmon, raising one from a young Larvitar is highly desirable for many trainers.

Visit the Seavault Canyon location in either "Pokmon FireRed" or "Pokmon LeafGreen."
2Walk through the tall grass to find wild Pokmon in the canyon. There is only a five percent chance of meeting a Larvitar in each wild Pokmon encounter.
