"Astro Boy: Omega Factor" is a video game developed by Hitmaker and Sega that was released in August 2004. It is an action/shooter game that allows you to play as "Astro," a superhero robot with a human mind. The game is only available for Nintendo's Game Boy Advance. There are a variety of cheats and hints you can use while you're playing this game.

Beat the Game Once

Once you have successfully completed "Astro Boy: Omega Factor," you will unlock some new options. You'll be able to enter a stage select mode, a sound test mode and an event test mode. Modern games are not just base of entertainment, somewhat these demand some skills to play and win. The computer created enemies fight against the gamers and defeating them is a big deal. The gaming companies supply games cheat parts to the players so that they may thrash the frightening enemies. These cheats are essentially the codes that are used for allowing a slip to the computer so that the player could win the game. These support the gamers in accelerating to the next stage by just pressing a few keys. Cheat codes are accessible with all types of games. However, it is advised not to use them very often otherwise one can loose the pleasure following playing for sometime. These can be used when a software causes problems in computer or freezes it. In some instances, the developers their selves supply the codes so that the players could be unveiled to the next levels of the game. Not every person will recognize that games cheat systems are the right things to be used while playing games. They think about cheating as a nasty trait and hence cheat codes should not be used. However, these turn into very helpful when the gamer is not receiving any hint how to go forward while playing game. For instance, one wants to jump up to other grades without completing previous ones. The cheats become effective in this situation as the players do not get annoyed. Event test mode lets you view all of the cutscenes that you see during the game. Using the stage select mode allows you to build up your stats, try new levels and meet new characters in the game. The new levels include Dr. Tenma's House, Duke Red's Hideout, Boon's Archeological Site and Doctor Black Jack's House.

Sharaku Hosuke

To unlock the Sharaku Hosuke character, you must first unlock the stage select mode by completing the game once. Then, play through the game again and complete it a second time. After the ending sequence, the credits will roll and you will be presented with a screen displaying "The End." Don't press "Start" at this point -- wait until the screen disappears by itself. It takes around two minutes, but doing this will unlock Sharaku Hosuke for you to use.

Extra Upgrade

When you begin the game, you will be asked if you want to complete a short tutorial. You can skip this and continue straight into the main game, but it's best to do the tutorial. Completing the tutorial gets you an "upgrade" that you can use on one of your attacks; you'll be able to make your punch, kick, laser and other abilities more powerful.

Beat the Spider Robot Boss

To beat the Spider Robot boss, use your arm cannon rather than your machine gun. Don't stay underneath the boss -- it will attack you with a spreading wave of shots. Wait for a short pause when the boss is firing these shots, and then attack it with jumping punches. Continue using your jump punches and arm cannon to defeat this boss.
