Within the world of "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas," the weather naturally changes from sunny to cloudy, rainy to foggy and so on. However, if you prefer playing in constant sunny weather -- or really sunny weather -- you can use cheats to implement this effect. While changing the weather won't help you beat the game, it will give the game a new look.
Xbox Cheats
If you own the Xbox version of "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas," you can alter the weather to make it either noon or morning, which will cause the sun to shine. For morning weather, press the Black Button, the A Button, the Left Trigger, the Left Trigger, the White Button, the White Button, the White Button and the X Button during game play. For noon weather, press the Black Button, the A Button, the Left Trigger, the Left Trigger, the White Button, the White Button, the White Button and Down.
