How to Unlock DJ Boost & Snot Rod in Pixar "Cars" for Gamecube

The story mode of "Cars" on Gamecube uses Lightning McQueen, the main character from the movie, as the default character for the player. However, you can apply cheat codes to replay the missions and time trials as other characters like DJ, Boost and Snot Rod.
