To spawn the Comet, enter in the phone number, "227-555-0175." To obtain the FIB Buffalo Car, enter the phone number, "227-555-0100." To gain access to the Jetmax Boat, enter the phone number, "938-555-0100." To ride the NRG-900 Motorcycle, enter the phone number "625-555-0100." To spawn the Sanchez, enter the phone number, "625-555-0150," into your phone. To access the Super GT, enter the phone number "227-555-0168." To obtain the Turismo, enter the phone number "227-555-0147."
Health, Armor and Ammunition
You can boost your health and armor by entering the number, "(362)-555-0100," into your cellphone at any time during the game. However, if you would like to boost your health, armor and ammunition all at the same time, enter the number, "(482)-555-0100," into your cellphone instead of the previous number. While these cheats will certainly help you in some areas, they will also prohibit you from reaching certain achievements.
Weapons
At some point in the game, you may need to stock up on weapons. To access a baseball bat, M4, MP5, pistol, RPG and sniper rifle, enter the phone number, "(486)-555-0100," into your cellphone. Alternatively, you can access a whole new group of weapons by entering a different number, but these new weapons will replace the previous ones. To obtain the "AK-47, knife, Molotov Cocktails, pistol, RPG, sniper rifle and Uzi, enter the phone number, "486-555-0150," into your cellphone.
Weather and Time of Day
You may change the weather and time of day at any point during the game. To do so, enter the number, "(468)-555-0100," into your cellphone. This cheat is useful for missions or certain parts of the city that are weather- or time-sensitive.

Now I get it why rockstar kept those gloomy Colors for Gta IV , colourful settings certainly doesn’t suit the theme and story of Gta IV . I wish the remastered gta 4 with high end graphic like GTA 5 or aleast bring back liberty city again with new 8k graphic realistic asf
