While different editions of "Paper Mario" video games have been released for the Nintendo 64 and Nintendo Wii, "Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door" is the only game in the series available for the GameCube. "The Thousand-Year Door" centers on Mario's journey to find crystal stars that will help find the missing Princess Peach. Divided into multiple levels and full of familiar characters from previous Mario games, "The Thousand-Year Door" features cheats to help players along the way.

Games

Players can unlock special Parlor Games in "The Thousand-Year Door" once certain tasks have been completed. To unlock the Boat Parlor Game, players must finish Toodles' side quest titled "I Must Have That Book." The Paper Parlor Game is unlocked by finishing the "Save My Daddy!" side quest from Pine T. Jr., and the Plane Parlor Game is unlocked by completing Koopkook's "Try and Find Me!" side quest. Completing Frankie's "Important Thing!" side quest will unlock the Tube Parlor Game.

Items

Many extra items and bonuses can be unlocked throughout "The Thousand-Year Door" by taking advantage of cheats. The Lucky Start badge can be found by going to Creepy Steeple after the Boos have been let go, and entering the main room. Once in the main room, players can stand still until the Boos latch onto them. At this point, players can use their hammer attack to drive away the Boos and summon Atomic Boo, a character who will release the Lucky Start badge once he is defeated. Players can also find Tattle Logs that they may have overlooked in the trash can of Professor Frankly. Players can make a profit in "The Thousand-Year Door" by buying the maximum amount of sleepy sheep from the Toad Brothers shop and then selling them to the Petalburg shop for two coins each more than they originally cost.

Trial Badges

"The Thousand-Year Door" features a gameplay option called Pit of 100 Trials. Players can unlock special badges for reaching different heights in the Pit of 100 Trials. After the first 10 trials are complete, players unlock the Sleepy Stomp badge, while the Fire Drive badge is unlocked after 20 levels. The Zap Tap badge is unlocked once 30 trials are finished, and the Pity Flower badge appears after completing 40 trials. Up-to-date games are not only reference of entertainment, quite these involve some capabilities to play and win. The computer generated enemies fight against the players and conquering them is a big deal. The gaming companies deliver games cheat systems to the players so that they may thrash the violent enemies. These cheats are quite simply the codes that are used for supplying a slip to the computer so that the player could win the game. These help the gamers in moving on to the next level by just pressing a few keys. Cheat codes are available with all genres of games. Even so, it is advised not to use them very quite often usually one can loose the enjoyment just after playing for sometime. These can be used when a software causes concerns in computer or freezes it. In some cases, the developers on their own offer the codes so that the players could be released to the next stages of the game. Not every individual will agree that games cheat methods are the right things to be used while playing games. They think about cheating as a terrible trait and consequently cheat codes should not be used. However, these become very helpful when the gamer is not having any clue how to go forward while playing game. For illustration, one wants to jump up to other levels without finishing previous ones. The cheats grow to be effective in this circumstance as the players do not get frustrated. Players get the Strange Sack badge after completing 50 levels in the Pit of 100 Trials, and they also get a larger inventory space. Once 60 trials are finished, the Double Dip badge is unlocked, and the Double Dip P badge is obtained after 70 levels. Players get the Bump Attack badge after 80 trials, and the Lucky Day badge shows up after 90 trials. Once players have completed all 100 trials in the Pit, the final badge, Return Postage, is unlocked.
