"X-Men: The Official Game" is an action game developed in 2006 by Hypnos for the GameCube console. The game is based on the second and third movies from the "X-Men" movie franchise, and loosely follows the storyline of the movies through various mission-based levels. With the correct controller input, there are several cheats for the game that open new levels and expanded character costumes.
Opening Danger Rooms
Wolverine, iceman and Nightcrawler can all enter danger rooms. Modern games are not simply reference of entertainment, rather these demand some abilities to play and win. The computer generated opponents fight against the gamers and conquering them is a big deal. The gaming companies produce games cheat systems to the players so that they could thrash the harmful enemies. These cheats are generally the codes that are used for giving a slip to the computer so that the player could win the game. These allow the gamers in advancing to the next level by just pressing a few keys. Cheat codes are available with all types of games. However, these turn into very helpful when the gamer is not becoming any idea how to go in advance while playing game. For instance, one wants to jump up to other levels without completing previous ones. The cheats turn into valuable in this condition as the players do not get frustrated. To enter the codes to get to the rooms, first go to the Cerebro files menu from the main menu. For Wolverine, press "Down," "Down," "Up," "Up," "Right," "Left," "Right," "Left," "Start" on your controller. For Iceman, press "Right," "Right," "Left," "Left," "Down," "Up," "Down," "Up," "Start" on your controller. And for Nightcrawler, press "Up," "Up," "Down," "Down," "Left," "Right," "Left," "Right," "Start" on your controller.
Extra Danger Room Missions
Once you have used the cheats to open the bonus danger rooms, play all of the extra bonus danger room missions with each character. Each time you successfully complete the danger room mission for a certain character and collect all Sentinel and Weapon X files, save the game. After you save the game, six more Danger Room missions will be unlocked.
Unlock Street Costumes
For special costumes, your character needs to collect various weapons consecutively. For Wolverine, Iceman and Nightcrawler costumes, collect all Weapon X collectibles during the mission.
Mission Mutations
To get mission mutations, you have to first find all of the Tech pieces per level. Finding Tech pieces can take a lot of time, especially on timed missions. This cheat requires you to go through any particular level on novice, first, and collect all six Tech pieces. Go to the menu and select "Distribute Mutation," then immediately save the game. After saving, go to any higher level, and the mission mutations will be available for you without having to collect them again.
