Rockstar Games' "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" is the eighth game in a series of violent action-adventure games that revolve around stealing cars, completing criminal missions and building an empire. The game was originally released in North America in October 2004, but saw release in other countries much later. "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" features three fictional cities based on the California cities of San Francisco and Los Angeles, as well as Las Vegas, Nevada, while also including some characteristic scenery in the rural areas.
Weapons
There are three main cheat codes that you can enter to obtain a full list of weapons, complete with ammunition. If you enter these codes multiple times, the ammunition will increase exponentially. Obtain the first group of weapons by entering the code "R1," "R2," "L1," "R2," "Left," "Down," "Right," "Up," "Left," "Down," "Right" and "Up" during gameplay. If you choose to use an alternate weapons code, these weapons will replace the other group of weapons. Press "R1," "R2," "L1," "R2," "Left," "Down," "Right," "Up," "Left," "Down," "Down" and "Left" to obtain the second set of weapons. Press the buttons "R1," "R2," "L1," "R2," "Left," "Down," "Right," "Up" "Left," "Down," "Down" and "Down" to obtain the third set of weapons.
Health and Body Armor
At some point in the game, you may notice that your health is extremely low. Any more damage to your person will cause you to die and re-spawn at the hospital. To boost your health percentage and armor to full, enter the code "R1," "R2," "L1," "X," "Left," "Down," "Right," "Up," "Left," "Down," "Right" and "Up" during gameplay. This code also provides you an extra $250,000 in money to spend throughout the game.
Spawn Vehicles
There are several vehicles throughout "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" that you can spawn at any time during gameplay. Some of these vehicles can be found in common areas, while others are specific to certain areas and missions. Press "Circle," "R1," "Circle," "R1," "Left," "Left," "R1," "L1," "Circle" and "Right" during gameplay to spawn the Trashmaster. For one version of the Hotring Racer, enter "R1," "Circle" "R2," "Right," "L1," "L2," "X," "X," "Square" and "R1" during gameplay. For an alternate version of the Hotring Racer, enter "R2," "L1," "Circle," "Right," "L1," "R1," "Right," "Up," "Circle" and "R2."
To obtain the Stretch Limousine, press "R2," "UP," "L2," "Left," "Left," "R1," "L1," "Circle" and "Right." To obtain Romero's Hearse, press "Down," "R2," "Down," "R1," "L2," "Left," "R1," "L1," "Left" and "Right" during any point in the game. To obtain the Ranger truck, press "Up," "Right," "Right," "L1," "Right," "Up," "Square" and "L2." To get the Bloodring Banger demolition car, press "Up," "Right," "Right," "L1," "Right," "Square" and "L2" during gameplay. To spawn the Rhino Tank, enter "Circle," "Up," "L1," "L2," "Down," "R1," "L1," "L1," "Left," "Left," "X" and "Triangle." To obtain the stunt plane, enter the code "Circle," "Up," "L1," "L2," "Down," "R1," "L1," "L1," "Left," "Left," "X" and "Triangle" during gameplay. This plane will need a lot of room to take off, so keep this in mind.
Environmental Effects
There are several cheats that alter gameplay in some way. These are sometimes specific to your character, and some are specific to different areas. To achieve infinite lung capacity and swim underwater for any length of time, enter the code "Down," "Left," "L1," "Down," "Down," "R2," "Down," "L2" and "Down." To allow vehicles to fly, press "Up," "Down," "L1," "R1," "L1," "Right," "Left," "L1" and "Left" during gameplay. To erase your wanted level at any time, press "R1," "R1," "Circle," "R2," "Up," "Down," "Up," "Down," "Up" and "Down." To raise your wanted level, press "R1," "R1," "Circle," "R2," "Left," "Right," "Left," "Right," "Left" and "Right."
