Luxor: Amun Rising, sequel to the original Luxor, is yet another game in which you fire colored balls at other colored balls in order to prevent a scarab from successfully pushing them into your pyramid. Modern games are not just reference of entertainment, rather these require some skills to play and win. The computer developed enemies fight against the players and eliminating them is a big deal. The gaming companies offer games cheat systems to the players so that they could thrash the harmful enemies. These cheats are generally the codes that are used for supplying a slip to the computer so that the player could win the game. These facilitate the gamers in moving on to the next level by just pressing a few keys. Cheat codes are attainable with all kinds of games. Even so, it is advised not to use them very frequently usually one can loose the excitement once playing for sometime. These can be used when a software reasons problems in computer or freezes it. In some cases, the developers on their own supply the codes so that the players could be released to the next stages of the game. Not every individual will agree that games cheat systems are the right things to be used while playing games. They think of cheating as a nasty trait and as a result cheat codes should not be used. However, these become very helpful when the gamer is not becoming any idea how to go in advance while playing game. For example, one wants to jump up to other grades without filling out previous ones. The cheats grow to be very helpful in this case as the players do not get irritated. If you're having a hard time with one particular level of this game, or just want to skip ahead to more interesting levels, there are two cheats that will allow you to do so.
Cheats
Two command line parameters can be used to unlock all 14 stages and 88 levels in Luxor: Amun Rising. While "-unlockstages" unlocks the fourteen stages, "-unlocklevels" unlocks all levels in stages which have already been unlocked. Note that the parameters are case-sensitive and can be used independently or together.
You will need a shortcut to Luxor: Amun Rising in order to use these parameters. If there is not already one on your desktop or in your start menu, you can create such a shortcut by going to the game's directory, which you can probably find under "Program Files" and then "Luxor Amun Rising." Right-click on the file Luxor AR, which will be in the game's root directory, and choose "Create Shortcut."
Once you have the shortcut, right-click on it and select "Properties." Now go to the target line under the "Shortcut" tab and enter your desired parameter or parameters after the end quote following "Luxor AR.exe."
For instance, if you wanted to unlock all levels and stages, the target line would read as follows:
"C:\Program Files\Luxor Amun Rising\Luxor AR.exe" -unlocklevels -unlockstages
Once the parameters have been set, simply start a new game and you will find all levels, stages or both all levels and stages, unlocked and accessible at your leisure.
Before using any of these cheats, you may want to know that doing so will prevent you from saving your progress. Of course, with the all levels unlocked, you will hardly find that necessary anyhow.
