Move Players Into Positional Categories
Moving players into specific categories based on their position (goalkeeper, defense, midfield, offense) can train the players in certain areas they need to maintain or improve. Modern games are not only base of entertainment, rather these demand some capabilities to play and win. The computer generated opponents fight against the gamers and defeating them is a big deal. Understand Your Coaches
Understand the qualities of the backroom staff at your club in order to discover which areas will benefit most or if you need to assign better coaches. Staff members work on a star system from 1 to 5 (5 being the best), and their level of expertise varies. At the start, all staff members are assigned to every possible training area which means you do not get their full working ability. The more stars within an area of training, the quicker your roster improves in that specific area.
Create Versatile Players
Analyzing player statistics is key for this to work effectively. There is an opportunity to train a player in a position in which he is not already considered a "Natural." This can be done within the "Training" section of a player's profile. This is particularly effective with young players as older players do not tend to adapt to new positions very well.
