How to Select a Ruiner in "Too Human"

Designed and produced by Canadian software developer Silicon Knights, "Too Human" is a third-person action-game for the Xbox 360 that was released in the U.S. in August 2008. Players take control of Cybernetic God Baldur as he fights war machines hell-bent on wiping out the human race. Baldur is aided in his quest by special spiritual weapons called "Ruiners" that inflict severe damage to everything within the blast radius. There are several Ruiners available, depending on the strength of your "Combo Meter" and class of character selected at the start.

Instructions

Load the game and on the class selection menu choose the class of character you wish to play. The five character classes available are: Bezerker, Bio-engineer, Champion, Commando and Defender. Each class features a different Ruiner.

Decide which class of character is best suited to your style of play by studying their individual strengths and weaknesses. As a rough guide, the Bezerker is good for beginners, Bio-engineer heals himself but is average in combat, Champion is a decent all-rounder, Commando specializes in long-range combat and Defender boasts strong defensive, but limited offensive, skills.

Start the game and build up your Combo Meter by killing as many enemies as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your Combo Meter reaches a certain point, you are given the option of using your special Ruiner.

Activate a Ruiner by tapping the right-bumper button on your joypad. The Ruiner will kill almost everything within range and is ideal for combat situations when you are heavily outnumbered or close to dying.
