Cheats for "Combat Flight Simulator: WWII Europe Series"

Microsoft's "Combat Flight Simulator: WWII Europe Series" allows players to relive the aerial battles of World War II. While not replete with options for the player looking to gain a competitive edge on their enemy, there is a pair of secret missions you won't find without looking for them.

Camel Caravan

To unlock the secret mission "Camel Caravan," you'll have to change a game file. Find the game's mission folder in your file system. The default file-path is "C:\program files\microsoft game\combat flight simulator\missions." From here, locate the file "special.mi_" and rename it to "special.mis" (without the quotation marks). This will open up the new mission "Camel Caravan" in the game.

Team Outing

To unlock the secret mission "Team Outing," you'll have to change a game file. Find the game's mission folder in your file system. The default file path is "C:\program files\microsoft game\combat flight simulator\missions." From here, locate the file "team.mi_" and rename it to "team.mis" (without the quotation marks). This will open up the new mission "Team Outing" in the game.

Advisory

Be aware that to use these cheats, you'll be altering game files. While this ordinarily shouldn't produce any problems, there is the possibility of something going wrong. Always keep backups of the original files somewhere safe, just in case you need to restore them.

To run Combat Flight Simulator: WWII Europe Series, you'll need a PC running at Microsoft Windows 95, 98 or NT 4.0.
