"Wallace & Gromit in Project Zoo" for PS2 Cheats

Go on an adventure with Wallace and Gromit in "Wallace and Gromit in Project Zoo" for the PlayStation 2, as they attempt to rescue baby animals that have been imprisoned by Feathers, an evil penguin. There are several cheats available for this game including infinite ammo, all guns and a bonus level.

All Guns and Infinite Ammo

To increase your skills in this rescuing adventure, you may want a cheat to receive all available guns and infinite ammo with which to load them. To do this, simply enter Z, A, B, Y, R, X, in that order, while playing the game.

Back Flip

While this back flip is used more for show, than to cheat, it can be fun and may help you out in the later levels. While playing Gromit, run at a wall and press the "R" button when you are about to hit it. This is the same as doing a roll, except when he's running at a wall, Gromit does a back flip.

Aiming at Distant Targets

If you want to remove Gromit's automatic view of enemies in third-person, hold the "L1" and "L2" buttons. This removes the auto-aim and allows you to aim at targets that may be further away or at an angle that the auto-aim doesn't catch.

Bonus Level

There is an optional bonus level that you might not catch during your first time playing Wallace & Gromit in Project Zoo. Once you rescue the baby, head to the area where you saw the elephant knock down the doors. You will see a water chute to the left of the doors that lead to the next part of the jungle. Here you can jump through the water chute and go into a hole that takes you to a bonus level.

Tip on Destroying Enemies

This is more of a tip than a cheat, but it will help you get through the game nonetheless. If you are finding it difficult to save your ammunition for other tasks, you can actually beat most of the enemies with Gromit's hand-to-hand combat moves. Use these combat moves as much as possible to stockpile ammunition for when you really need it.

Finding Coins and Tools

If you hear magical chiming sounds while on your adventure, you know coins and tools are close, but you may not be able to see them right away. You can press the "L1" or "L2" button on your controller to locate these hidden items.

Octave Security Puzzle

When you are in Act 4 Part 1 of the Warehouse level, you will come to a security puzzle. First you want to shoot the large padlock on the gates with the turnip launcher. Gromit walks up to the keyboard on the floor, and it shows a sequence of keys Gromit must stand on. The sequences are three notes, then four and then five. As Gromit is completing one sequence, the next is displayed. If you missed it, the first sequence is 1 2 4, the second is 5 3 6 5 and the third is 4 6 7 5 3. Solving this puzzle allows you to advance to the next level.
