"Diablo 2" Cheats & Mods

"Diablo II" is a hack and slash video game released in 2000, exclusively for the PC. The game's genre is part horror and part fantasy. You can play as Amazon, Necromancer, Barbarian, Sorceress or Paladin and must fight a variety of monsters as you make your way to kill Mephisto and Diablo. Infinite Gold

You will encounter many rooms full of gold when in the Forgotten Tower on the fifth level of the dungeon. Save the game, quit and then load up the save file; all the gold will have returned for you to collect. Keep quitting the game and reloading it for an endless supply.

Everlasting Portal

At the point of the game where you have to create the portal to Cow King, do not kill him. It may be what you are meant to do, but it is not vital to the game and the benefits of letting him live are far greater. Instead of being a one-off method of transport as intended, this portal will stay forever.

Unlimited Experience

Go into the Wilderness to see a shaman and creature. Your first reaction will be to kill the shaman as he is a much bigger threat than the creature, which is more easy disposed. Eliminate the creature instead and the shaman will resurrect it; keep killing it and it will continuously be brought back to life. This may not sound good, but since you get experience points for each death, it is actually an unlimited supply of experience for your character.
