The pocket bike racers included in "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" have been removed for the sequel "Grand Theft Auto IV," but PC owners of the game can use modding hacks to replace regular cars with the pocket bike. The bike becomes able to ride through all parts of the game and appears randomly throughout different sections of the worlds.
Modding Installation
The "Grand Theft Auto IV" software does not let you install new cars or vehicles without a modding software first installed. Download and install the "GTA IV Magic Modder," "GTA4-Launcher" or the "GTA IV Modding Unlocker." Follow the onscreen directions and everything will be installed automatically.
Pocket Bike Skins

File Transfer
