The NBA is taken to extreme heights in the video game College Hoops 2K8. This unique game is all about creating a player's distinct image of what a basketball game should be like and making it happen in the video world. It allows you to construct plays, players, schools chants and even sound effects. While College Hoops 2K8 allows various ways to play the game, the overall goal is to score enough points to win the basketball game. The fancy dunk is performed by holding the square on the controller in addition to R1 while holding the right analog stick to the right. Unlockable Cheats
Unlockable cheats are called achievements because they help you gain additional points that are critical to winning the game. The Xbox 360 is the only game system in which unlockable cheats/achievements can be utilized. The cheats range from uploading a 2k share file and gaining an additional 20 points to gaining 30 points from creating a playbook that can be used in a play designer. Other cheats that are useful are custom chants (30 points for creating custom chants), recruiting the top players in the career legacy and receiving a job offer as a coach in a power conference. Hints
When creating a top recruit to rank in the top 10 of the draft, it is best to create a five-star recruit and make the player an international player. Additional attributes can be used to make the recruit more marketable. In the smaller and mid-major conferences, it is important to not make the player too unbelievable or there could be issues in getting the recruit to sign with the team.
